What do you think about Adult Learning?
As an English teacher I teach Adults to learn it as a second language. I am interested in different ways and approaches in classroom management for the learning and sharing the knowledge.
Adult learning is the way where learners come to knowledge without any pressure with their own free will and that's make learning fun and easy since there is a motivation there!
